The aim of the conference was a discussion about the results that could reflect on the adjusted approaches of media issues assistance in the framework of the European policy of enlargement. This year's edition intends to examine what has been achieved since the first edition, including the launch of some new initiatives, financed by the EU.

This was a unique opportunity for the Faculty of Law and our student Kenan Gutić who used this opportunity for dialogue with the participants of the Conference about the importance of understanding various legal aspects and norms during performing of journalist work and the importance of a constant dialogue on the relation between the media and judicial institutions in order to build a greater degree of confidence in these subjects. By including other segments of society in dialogue about the media, specifically in this case, the segment of legal sciences, it opens the possibility of better understanding the problems with which the journalism as a profession is facing with and this will certainly help legal staff to direct its project activities towards assisting in the improvement of certain aspects of the media, for their mutual benefit.
